My goal is to find a manufacturer that can provide properly engineered equipment, clear technical information, and reliable support throughout the purchasing and installation process.

I would like to know how the company handled the initial inquiry and whether their team asked detailed questions about water quality, flow requirements, contaminants, and the intended use of the treated water.
I am also interested in understanding how buyers evaluate the proposed system before placing an order. Should I request detailed process drawings, equipment specifications, component information, power requirements, and expected performance before approving the design? Are factory testing procedures normally available for customized industrial systems?
