I am currently researching Chinese manufacturers for an industrial water treatment project and would like to hear from people who have real experience dealing with different suppliers. My goal is to find a manufacturer that can provide properly engineered equipment, clear technical information, and reliable support throughout the purchasing and installation process.
Hiju Water Treatment is one of the companies I am currently considering. Has anyone here purchased a complete industrial treatment system from Hiju Water Treatment? I would like to know how the company handled the initial inquiry and whether their team asked detailed questions about water quality, flow requirements, contaminants, and the intended use of the treated water.
I am also interested in understanding how buyers evaluate the proposed system before placing an order. Should I request detailed process drawings, equipment specifications, component information, power requirements, and expected performance before approving the design? Are factory testing procedures normally available for customized industrial systems?
Another concern is installation and commissioning. If the manufacturer is located in China and the equipment is being exported internationally, how much technical assistance should a buyer expect? Can remote support be sufficient for a complex industrial installation, or is onsite engineering support usually necessary?
Hiju Water Treatment is still on my shortlist, but I am comparing it with other manufacturers before making a final decision. I would especially appreciate feedback regarding equipment quality, communication, production timelines, shipping arrangements, spare parts, warranty terms, and long term maintenance.
For anyone who has experience sourcing industrial water treatment equipment from China, what were the most important questions you asked before selecting a manufacturer? I am looking for practical advice that can help me avoid common mistakes and choose a supplier based on genuine capability rather than price alone.
