An unidentified Charlottesville man suffered life-threatening injuries after a Monday-afternoon accident on Interstate 64 in Albemarle County.At 5:39 p.m. Monday, Virginia State Police Senior Trooper D.L. Keaton was called to the scene of a two-vehicle crash on I-64 at the 102 mile marker on Afton Mountain.A 2003 BMW was traveling east on I-64 when it ran off the right side of the road and struck the guardrail.
