A Burlington couple, who say they cannot wear face masks because of medical issues, have been taken to court by their condominium corporation.Vily Mitrovic, 72, and Zoran Zupanc, 68, were brought before the Superior Court of Justice of Ontario by Halton Condominium Corp. No. 77 on Tuesday, March 2 following repeated demands by the corporation that they wear face masks when attending the common areas of 5250 Lakeshore Rd.While the hearing is scheduled to continue on Friday, March 5, in the interim the court has ordered Mitrovic and Zupanc to wear securely fixed masks or face coverings at all times while in these common areas.
