OSWEGO TOWN 鈥?The town of Oswego Planning Board has begun the process of updating the towns comprehensive plan.The planning board will meet at 7 p.m. Nov. 20 at the Oswego Town Hall, 2320 County Route 7, to gather public input and begin revising the first two sections of the plan.Judy Sabin-Watson, planning board chairwoman, said the board was given responsibility by the town to update the plan.The board is seeking input from town residents throughout the process.
