During an interview with Bowling Green police, Smith said he was hired to help another man kill Miropija. He declined but said he would talk to police at a later date.On Feb. 10, Wilson left the country and flew to the Philippines where he has since been taken into custody and is awaiting extradition to the United States. He was originally supposed to return to the country on March 1, but never did.Wilson has been indicted on charges of murder by complicity, tampering with physical evidence and abuse of a corpse.Smith has been indicted on charges of murder, tampering with physical evidence, three counts of possession of
