HELENA 鈥?A 33-year old Helena man is accused of threatening another man with a sword.James Robert Worsech appeared via video in justice court Monday on a charge of felony assault with a weapon.According to court documents, deputies responded to a residence on the 1300 block of Ranchview Road just before seven Saturday night.Investigators say Worsech and another man were arguing when Worsech began damaging the mans home.That is when he allegedly retrieved a sword, and threatened to kill the other man.Court records say before leaving the scene he threw the sword hard enough to bend it.Worsech was released on his own recognizance.
