Who prepares construction estimates?
Constraction Estimates are usually made by the construction estimators or project managers. To give them a realistic budget, they go through blueprints, material cost, labor rates, and others. The owner of the business himself can do it in smaller firms. In bigger companies they can have an estimating department.
